STAINLESS STEEL TLV Thermostatic FT44 Analyzer Steam Trap
steam traps are available in balanced pressure type and capsule type, adaptable to different pressure ratings. Specifications cover various connection methods, and materials include SS304 and SS316. They feature quick start-up, good venting, corrosion resistance, energy saving, and stable operation.
Working Principles

The stainless steel steam trap achieves automatic drainage through a temperature control element and valve mechanism. When condensate enters the valve body, the temperature control element senses that the temperature is below the steam saturation temperature and contracts, opening the valve to discharge condensate and air from the pipe. When steam or superheated water arrives, the temperature control element expands, pushing the valve closed to prevent steam leakage. The valve cycles between opening and closing, achieving efficient drainage. A built-in analysis module monitors the valve's opening and closing status and temperature in real time, used to evaluate the steam trap's performance and assist in maintenance, improving the safety and energy efficiency of the steam system.
