The stainless steel butterfly valve is a corrosion-resistant flow control valve designed to prevent cross-contamination, featuring a lug body for secure flange installation, reliable sealing, and precise on/off or throttling operation in water and industrial pipelines.

The stainless steel 316L lug style anti-mixing water butterfly valve operates by rotating a central disc mounted on a shaft inside the valve body. When the valve is opened, the disc turns parallel to the flow, allowing water to pass smoothly with minimal pressure drop. When closing, the disc rotates perpendicular to the flow and presses firmly against the valve seat, creating a tight seal that prevents leakage and cross-mixing of fluids. The lug-style body allows secure flange installation and supports end-of-line service without removing the opposite flange. The 316L stainless steel construction ensures excellent corrosion resistance, durability, and reliable performance in water treatment, industrial, and sanitary pipeline systems.
