Working Principles
The working principle of a stainless steel sanitary clamp-type pneumatic directional valve is as follows: Powered by pneumatic actuation, it achieves precise switching of fluid flow direction.
First, when the control system inputs air pressure through the air source, compressed air enters the pneumatic chamber within the valve body, driving the valve core or piston assembly to displace. Depending on the direction of the applied air pressure, the valve core changes the connection position of the fluid passage, thereby switching the fluid flow path.
Typically, this valve employs a bidirectional pneumatic drive design. By adjusting the magnitude and direction of the air pressure, the valve's reversing action is completed. Working Principles
The working principle of the stainless steel sanitary quick-install pneumatic reversing valve is to switch the flow direction of the fluid based on pneumatic drive.
